1. 30-DAY RETURN WINDOW
You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging (including the jewelry box and pouches).

2. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
To start a return, please contact us at support@vilrian.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. RETURN SHIPPING FEES
If your return is due to a product defect or an error on our part, Vilrian will cover the return shipping costs.

For other returns, including change of mind or ordering the wrong size, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
